Maybe it's secretly a Democratic Plot! See, this makes us more conscious of the ridiculous policies and totalitarian state the Repub.s have entered us into, so by being more obvious about it (as opposed to installing micro-cameras and concealed listening devices) they encourage us all to get out and vote.
