I'm looking for three roommates for June first. Preferably, I'd like to find a group of three friends who are looking to live together in an awesome apartment, but any individuals who are looking for a great place to live are welcome too.

Available:
Two average bedrooms for $575 each, and one giant bedroom for $650.

7 minute walk down the bike trail to Davis Square
12 minute walk to Porter
Quiet neighborhood with no riff-raff
Driveway
Non-coin-operated washer and dryer
TONS of storage space
Dishwasher
Beautiful back yard with grape-vine covered canopy and raspberry bushes.
A bar
The biggest kitchen in the world
Fake exposed brick (great conversation piece!)
Spacious (and separate) living room and dining room
Enclosed front porch-ish area
At least one cool roommate

The Bad:

Only one bathroom
Inattentive landlord

About me:

I'm a guy that's been living with three awesome women for the past three years. They're all moving on to better things after having completed their low-level jobs at MGH. I'm a full time bartender, so chances are you'll only see me on my days off or if you happen to be up at 2am.


What I'm looking for:

This is not a "party house", but at the same time, I'm not looking to have people move in who don't know how to have fun. I'm looking for the middle-ground directly between OCD freak and big slob. Just looking for some reasonable people who don't pretend that they're still in college, but at the same time aren't ready for the retirement home.

I prefer to live with women, but guys are welcome to check out the place as well.

Gay friendly is a must.

Bonus if you like Lost, Katamari Damacy, and home brewing.
