chicken?

i'm having a craving for one of those pre-roasted or pre-fried whole or half grocery chickens (actually i mostly want the bones, but never mind about that :) anyone know where i can get such a thing without too much thrashing through the snow?

alternatively if anyplace would deliver in this, that'd work too. duck would work even better. i'd take peking duck if it were good even if it lacked for bones :)

i think that may be a little far for me to go today (i still have pneumonia, and i'm on the other side of davis) but if you'd save at least the bones in a bag in fridge or freezer, i'd be thrilled to come pick them up post-snowpocalypse if that would work for you?

Sure thing! I'm willing to hold onto them until next Sunday, at which point I will really be needing the space back, but maybe I can be induced to bring them out your way, depending on the weather later this week.
