Shawarma in Davis Square?

It looks like the wings place next to the Dominos (at Elm & Russell St.) is being replaced with a new shawarma place. Doesn't look open quite yet - does anybody have any info about it?

Speaking of shawarma, Noor Mediterranean Grill next to Powder House Circle opened the other day. I haven't been yet, but they have shawarma, among other things, on the menu.

I've been by already! Friendly eager folks, very good food (stuffed grape leaves, falafel, baba ganoush, shawarma, kibbeh, etc. I hope their price point does not bite them, though; most main-dish items (sandwiches and platters both) were $8-$9, though quite large.
