backpack & briefcase repair

I have a canvas backpack with a zipper that needs to be replaced and a soft leather briefcase with a hole that needs repair. Where should I take them? Thanks!

Thanks! Getting to Central is no problem for me. Do you recommend them for the backpack zipper or the leather briefcase or both?

Both! They also do unreal shoe repairs, too (as in, I thought it would be impossible to repair a hole in a shoe that wasn't on a seam, but they did it flawlessly.)
