Yeah I was with two_stabs when we saw this. The actual exchange was:
Cop : You want to go to jail? You raise your hand to me you're going to jail.
Guy : I'm not raising my hand i mumble mumble mumble
Cop : (Pouring out drinks) Get the fuck out of here!
Guy : My brother's the chief of police
Cop : Your brother is NOT the chief of police anymore. Get the fuck out of here.
Guy : ...
Cop : SCREW!
The whole scene had a very diseased-primate sickfeel to it.
