Well in general, the place is too crowded but when people who aren't customers are flat out sleeping and never leave, its sort of frustrating.

I think anyone who's there for a long time should be buying stuff - I have no specific problem with laptop users, book readers, game players, underemployed neighborhood folk who need to chill out for a bit, but when people the same 5 or 6 people pretty much set up camp there - and its already crowded, thats kind of a problem.
