we'll definitely make sure to announce that graffiti is illegal and can upset community members, even in its attempt to beautify. Willoughby and Baltic will in no way encourage the use of the stencils made in the class on public property or the property of others. Just for personal use on clothing, in artwork, or on the property of the artist.
