Teams are created to motivate people to join and so to gather more riders. We get a "Team Webpage" and have a way to track the funds raised as a team. There's no limit on how long each team member can ride, we don't have to ride in a pact, we don't have the wear similar jerseys -- although if we're all sporting pub media merch, that might be neat. I jumped on this real late this year, so any real fancy stuff (matching shirts or whatnot) will have to wait until next year: maybe with the help/sponsorship of bigger folks in the industry.
