It is not required in situations where there is unambiguous voter intent. If there were two Jane Does in the district, none of whom had known write-in campaigns, then yes, an address would be required, but in this case, we have multiple active write-in campaigns going on. (Though people are probably less familiar with the ones for Register of Probate.)
