Does anyone have about 50 beer bottles they would like to give me?

I can pick them up.  I brew my own beer and it is bottling time.

If I'm having trouble sourcing bottles, I can usually find enough on recycling day. After scrubbing with B-brite and a bleach solution soak, they're as good as new.

I am a former professional brewer with a ton of homebrew equipment gathering dust in the basement, including a bunch of Corny kegs, carboys and various other doodads. I'd be happy to help you make the jump from bottles to kegs (trust me, you will never look back). Post a reply here if you're interested and I'll try to check back soon.

Hmmm I am not sure - are they twist off? (I forget). Generally the non twistys work best.

Hey, I'd be very interested in the kegging equipment too, if the OP doesn't take you up on the offer. I'm about to convert an old chest freezer into kegerator/lagering duty. I'm on lyu(a)speakeasy d0t net.
