Question about the Davis Sq. Task Force

Following Ron Newman's comment about the new Somerville News website, I had a look and poked around. An opinion piece about the diminishing influence of the Davis Sq. Task Force in the community caught my eye. Do any of the folks here who are on the DSTF feel the same as the sentiments expressed in the opinion post?

Just fyi, here's an earlier post on the same subject.

Personally, I don't think the DSTF has diminished in importance or influence.
