Jamie, you've done this several times -- posted something insulting, been called out for it, and then apologized. Sometimes here on DSLJ, sometimes on your own newspaper blog, occasionally elsewhere.

It's not good for you, for the people you insult, or for your newspaper. Please try not to keep doing this.
