Our dunkin donuts is getting gutted like a fish right now. Any idea if it's just being re-done or have they thrown in the towel?

It looks like it's being redone, and there's a huge sign that says it'll reopen again on the 18th of Dec. From the looks of it...doesn't look like anything is getting done. All I saw in there was 2 fat lazy guys...lol
