In this state in particular, there's really no "regular Democrats" anyway. Massachusetts is effectively a one party state, and almost all of the meaningful political competition occurs among Democrats, who hold a lot of different views. I don't think there's any good way to define any particular group in terms of a comparison to "regular Democrats" in MA.
