Honestly, at this point, a petition for one issue is going to call a hearing for the entire movement. I'd highly recommend drafting a petition for your issue, as you can speak to it. In most cases I've dealt with, the submitter of a petition has to speak to it at the hearing. As I can't speak as well to your objection, it may be better if it is presented by you, or someone in that situation who is far more informed and genuinely inconvenienced by it than I.
