I did mention the "sleep deprived and crabby" part. I didn't mention the "not thinking straight" part. I was rather out of it Monday.

If I'd been thinking straight, I'd have gotten 100 feet from this guy (and kept him in sight) and called the cops. My phone doesn't have an all seeing eye yet.

Next time, though I hope there isn't a next time. :)

I've changed out the tires for my winter tires, now I just need to find somebody to replace the summer tires, and get on with life...
