Rooms for rent, short walk to davis, sept 1.
3br apartment in Porter Square, under 10m to Davis straight down Elm, seek 2 roommates (or one who wants both rooms), $650 a month, water included, electricity/gas extra. I have a wifi router, am currently using Comcast.
2 friendly short-haired cats in residence. Friendly is actually an understatement for the younger cat. Another cat *might* be possible, if the cat is totally laid back (as my cats are). Both available bedrooms have been painted in the last 2 years, hardwood floors. Good sized kitchen. Laundry included in basement, which has some storage space. Large back porch.
I've been here for several years, and am very fond of it; it's close enough to Davis to get to participate in it's life without Davis overrunning you ;-) I like to cook, and would be pretty happy to find roommates who want to share a meal or two a week - watch DVDs or the Daily Show, etc. I am in my late 30s, geeky, poly, bi, female. I am starting to garden (so there should be some fresh free veggies soon).
I'd like someone who is interested in staying for a while; while you never know what curveballs life might throw at you, I'd like people who have moved beyond expecting to move every year. I have no gender preference, and have no issues with anything you do with adults and consent. Apartment is non-smoking of any type.
