Unclear. I was told that the VFW owns that space,so I assume that they would sell it. The bank would be a likely customer. A good question for the meeting.

The reason that the VFW is involved is that the developer has been prevented from building on the shaft site. So they have come up with the property swap to allow both to get something built. VFW gets shaft site and developer builds in VFW parking lot. I am sure also that the VFW gets a pile of money.
