I think that is very negative attitude. Some people believe concern trolls are really the fairies at the bottom of the garden that make all life possible!

A concern troll is a false flag pseudonym created by a user whose actual point of view is opposed to the one that the user's sockpuppet claims to hold. The concern troll posts in web forums devoted to its declared point of view and attempts to sway the group's actions or opinions while claiming to share their goals, but with professed "concerns". The goal is to sow fear, uncertainty and doubt within the group.

It's astounding to me how bored/lonely so many people can be that they bother with all this.

Though I suppose that some of them are being paid by corporate/political folks to try to change people's opinions about stuff. But really, it's so ineffective and wasteful.
