Large room avail. in great 2BR apartment
I have a room open in my 2BR apartment in West Somerville. I am on the Medford/Arlington/Somerville line, near Tufts and Teele Square.

Price: $650/month, plus utilities, last month's rent for deposit.
Location: about a mile from Davis Square, and as a Somerville resident, you can park at any of the stickered parking there. Also close to several bus lines- 80 to lechmere, 89 to sullivan, 94 to Davis, and the 96 to Davis & Harvard. Convenient drive to Rte 2 and I-93.
Amenities: off-street parking, basement storage, in unit W/D, dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, gas heat, back porch, front porch, wireless internet. Newly refurbished. Also, I'm still in the painting process, and you get to choose your room colour!

Me: I am a 29yo male working as a technician in the entertainment industry. My hours tend to be inconsistent, and I have really no regular schedule. I tend to be quiet, and clean, and cuddle with my cats. Most of my home time is spent reading or writing. I have two cats, and a lot of furniture for the common rooms. More cats are negotiable, if you have them.
You: Should be reliable, open-minded, interesting, and intelligent. I and my friends tend toward the more alternative side of life, so tolerance of such things is a must. Ideally looking for someone somewhat alternative/geeky, but really, as long as rent and utilities get paid on time, I don't much care.
