Photographer (for portraits/candids)?

Can anyone recommend a CamberVille photographer who does portraits and has a website I can check out? Cost is a factor so I am not looking towards the high end of the spectrum.

I'm by no means a professional, but I LOVE doing portraits in a very candid style.
