We know you're classy, DSLJ! Please vote for Second Chances.
Second Chances, Somerville's local nonprofit clothing donation program, was nominated by supporters and then selected by local judges for awards in TWO categories in the regional round of StayClassy's 2nd Annual Classy Awards - Small Charity of the Year and Charity of the Year.
We need all the votes we can get to proceed to the national round and compete for cash and prizes - all of which will go to helping others in our community as they take the first steps toward positive change in their own lives.
So, Davis Square friends, please:
~ VOTE for Second Chances in BOTH categories: Small Charity of the Year and Charity of the Year
~ HELP Second Chances get even more votes by encouraging your friends, family, colleagues and social media networks to vote for us as well!
Please help us win one of the top prizes, so that Second Chances can support more homeless and very low income people in our community who need free clothing, and they can take the next steps toward a brighter future.

Since 2005, Second Chances has been providing free clothing to 400 homeless and low income people in Somerville and Cambridge every year. We work through a network of local nonprofit shelter and service providers to efficiently deliver clothing, shoes, accessories and gift cards to their clients.
