Call me crazy, but I still think all solutions should be “UPS delivers the package and follows instruction.” Which would include me calling every level of management (also an inconvenience) to make sure this is the case. I can kind of see where you’re coming from, but she shouldn’t have to pay someone to take care of her horse because they are just flat out not doing their jobs.
