Quick media conversion gig (paid!)

Hi All,
I'm a bit of a lurker here on LJ, but I've got a quick paid gig I need help with today, and thought one of my fellow DSers might like the extra pocket money coming into Christmas.

I have 32 CS4 FLA files with animations. Some have sound. I need these exported to MOV/M4V with h.264 encoding. The problem is, Flash is not great at exporting these and keeping the sound in sync - the sound will need to be re-synced in video editing software for the files that have sound. (I have found the sound track simply needs to be repositioned on the timeline) I estimate around half have sound.

I need this completed by tomorrow AM. I can provide the files via download and a place for you to upload your finals. I will need your agreement via email to an NDA that will cover the content of the FLAs. I will need you to complete one file ASAP so I can verify the work just to make sure we are on the same page as to output format, etc.

I know this is on all these kinds of posts, but I do have this kind of work come up all the time. I'd like to find someone I can go to with it regularly. We are an established local design firm specializing in iPhone and iPad apps with a great track record, so you can be comfortable that you will be working with professionals.

I'm paying $175 for converting all files - which should work out to a nice hourly rate if you are proficient at this kind of work!

Hit me up at aaron@dinostudios.com if you are interested!
