Source for Pallets?

I need a few pallets (no more than 4) for a gardening project. Anyone know a good local source to pick them up? (Preferable free, of course..) I need to schedule it a little since I'll have to rent a zip-van, but I can be fairly flexible.

For all interested, this is what I am doing, this tutorial specifically recommends the HT pallets and gives some nice instructions :)

That's an awesome project...

we got a bunch of pallets to build our raised gardens outside the Benjamin Moore Paint store on Mass Ave near the Arlington border. we constantly see them there.
