I know I've been asking a lot of questions lately, but everyone is so helpful that I just have to ask another. (By the way - to all the people who recommended FabricPlace, it was awesome.)

I really want to get a trim and highlights, but I'm looking to pay between $50 - $100 for the whole thing. Can anyone recommend any reasonably priced places in the area? Thanks again!

Judy Jetson's on Mass Ave. You'll pay closer to the $100 but they do a great job.

Yeah, while I don't want to pay around $100, I also don't want an uneven trim or crappy highlights.

I just called to ask them for a price estimate and it would actually be at least $200 for a trim and partial highlights. Ouch.

I agree, but I've also heard those kinds of estimates before. I refuse to pay that much, unless of course the highlights are going to jump out of my head and cook me dinner.

they do a fantastic job but are much much more expensive than that...

i think you'd be hard pressed to find a quality place that does cut and color for anywhere under at LEAST $125-150...

but for a cheap cut, go to melanie at liquid in the south end, she's fantastic and charges $40 for a cut.

but do NOT get your color done there...whatever you do...just do NOT get color done there...lol

Thanks. I wish $40 wasn't a cheap cut, though.

I figured highlights would be on the pricey side, but maybe I'll ask someone to pay for it for my birthday.
