I actually got a ticket for an unpublished ordinance (it exists as a flyer in a binder behind a desk at city hall, and another flyer with a different fine amount in a folder behind a desk at the police department), so I have some immediate/direct interest in finding this information. But, generally, I want laws to be public, and I'm willing to spend some time to make that happen.
