I heard that their stylists tend to be less focused on giving you the hair cut you want and more focused on giving you the hair cut they want for you. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, I guess, if that's what you're looking for. I also heard something about an employee being sexually harassed and the owner doing nothing about it--but that's all second-hand, I've never been myself.
