The email they sent to clients is here (https://isisparenting.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201825518-A-note-from-our-CEO). According to comments from an employee on Isis's Facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/IsisParentingInc/posts/749061288446924?stream_ref=10), employees didn't find out until today either.
