New Comcast location?

I walked to what once was the Comcast office in Davis and I guess it's been awhile because there was a realtor sign out front---does anyone know where a nearby Comcast office is by any chance??   Thank you...

This page says 116 Beacon St. in Somerville. (Which I think was once a video rental store.)
