2 roommates seeking a 3rd for a great place near Union and Davis Squares.

You would have 2 private rooms. No, that is not a typo and both are included in the rent.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with a great rear porch for hanging out. We're a 5 minute walk from Union Square, and a little further to Davis. We have bus stops right up the corner. There's a major grocery store (Market Basket) just 2 blocks away.

There is free on-street parking- no resident permit needed. There's easy quick access to the McGrath and I-93.

There's a very laid-back vibe to the apartment. Both of us are big Boston sports fans. The apartment is non-smoking. We are looking for someone 30-ish who is good about paying bills on time and will help keep the common areas clean. 420-friendly folks are welcome as well.

The kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. There's some basement storage. The apartment has broadband internet with a 54G wireless router (encrypted). There's also a coin-op washer & dryer in the basement.

To move in, you'd need first and last month. Rent is $600/month + 1/3rd utilities. Sorry, no pets allowed.
