Bike storage at Davis

Does anyone here use the bike storage at Davis for commuting? If so, do you know what time it starts to fill up? Trying to decide whether I should take the bus to the T or bike around 8 AM. Thanks!

I was there at 11 AM on 5/15 and it was definitely full unless you are strong enough to lift your bike to an upper-level spot (I'm not!)
