I can see that you had a bad experience and that stinks. However, I'd like to think that anyone posting about a couch on a community website, like myself, does not have malicious intents and is not posting with a bedbug ridden couch. The intent is that this website is more like having a neighbor, someone you could know or maybe already do know, offer you something. Certainly people should use their best judgement, and bedbugs don't care how nice a person you are, but I would not agree that people should never take things that another person is offering. I hope you have better furniture luck in the future.
