I certainly don't think of Powder House Park users as primarily leering, drunken louts. Most of the folks who go there are no different from you or me or Juliet. The Mayor has his senior picnic and a summer jazz festival there. There has been a weekly Tuesday food truck festival during the summer and early fall.

Nobody deserves to be treated the way this theatre company was.
