Sorry. Even as a guy I have been seriously intimidated by those sorts of creeps, so I don't mean to minimize their trouble.

I am seriously alarmed by the "you should never try this" warning though. It sounds awfully close to "women should never attempt to use the park" which is just an awful warning to have to make.

I still do hope there's a way around/through the problem -- Perhaps the way around it is to stay indoors, but that would be a shame.
