No inside info at all but from this earlier post (http://davis-square.livejournal.com/3572703.html) it seems that the donut tenant was going to be the owner of the newish gyro shop on Highland. Perhaps that gyro business is not going well? Whenever I have passed by there has been no one in there aside from a counter person.
