Yeah, I saw that page. I just haven't found any info about what I'm supposed to actually vote on.

I've heard someone complaining that part of the plan was kinda weird in how they were trying to structure bond-issuing and handle construction loans, but no details on that and I'm not sure that's part of the referendum or not.
