read-through of new comedy on Chester St

Hello, Davis Square! I've posted here in years past about my writing (my Never After played at the Somerville Theater in 2009), and I've got a new script needing feedback. I Made A Faustian Deal With the Devil and All I Got Was This Lousy T-shirt is a full-length comedy set in Hell, where Catherine the Great, bluesman Robert Johnson, Joan of Arc, Niccolo Paganini, and the non-binary-gendered Devil argue over who among them should escape.

I'm hoping to hold a read-through in the next couple of weeks at a home on the Mass Ave end of Chester Street. There's a poll up at http://doodle.com/poll/p7y8448eh47p3trr to determine the best date. If you're interested in reading aloud, I can send you a PDF of the script. I am particularly interested in finding an African-American man to read Rob Johnson.

Thanks for your interest!

I did a read-through of yours some years ago. Would be fun to do again. I answered the Doodle poll.

Once you choose a date and time for this, please make both a new post and a reply here, so everyone sees it. Thanks.

I got your email, thanks. (My email address should be publicly displayed in my LJ profile; please let me know if it isn't.)

...and, of course, my first sillyassed thought is "but why is Joan of Arc in Hell? What did she do wrong?" Or will I just have to wait for the eventual production to find out?
