Yard sale - 72 College Ave, next to the Methodist Church - Corner of College and Chapel. Saturday and Sunday.

It will be all day. We'll start pretty early, around 7am or so. We'll likely be out there on Sunday too, if we don't get rid of everything. They'll be some good stuff though too.

Yeah. Its actually a very very nice couch from Jordan's Furniture. We bought it about 2 years ago, with a loveseat. Then we moved to our current place and it wont fit in the living room with the love seat. So it's been in the garage, wrapped up in celophane and elevated off the ground. It's in great condition, and we have extra pillow covers. I can tell you that it's sort of a beige-ish color, kind of creamy, solid color. The material, cant remember than name of it, but is just like denim. It really is a nice couch and we've just held onto it in vane.

We'd definitely part with it prior to the yard sale, or we can just stick your name on it and you can come check it out Saturday morning. The only thing is, because its such a nice couch, we are looking to get a reasonable price for it. What the price is yet, I don't know - it's mostly up to my wife. But it will be north of $200 for sure. Brand new, it sells for about $1500.

Sounds good. The location is 72 College Ave, corner of Chapel and College. The Yard Sale will actually be behind the house, in the driveway. We'll have signs out though.

Hmm, good question. Organizer crates, no. Small desks? I dont think so. We have some end tables, but no desks that I can think of.
