Here's what the new One Davis Square building will look like in Fall 2007.

Ciampa Manor, the senior-citizen building on College Avenue, is also relatively 'new' but I'm not sure if it came before or after the T station opened in 1984. Ciampa Manor replaced a hotel called the Woodbridge Inn which had burned down a few years earlier.
