First Posting!!!!!
Sorry if people are annoyed with apt postings, but I wanted to send this one out before my landlord sends it to the hungry realtors. This way hopefully someone reading this can avoid a large realtor fee....and go straight to the landlord. I am telling my landlord next week that I will be moving out Nov 1st
