Yes! There are also quite a few people who run the solid red lights when someone happens to push the pedestrian crossing button. It's like they see that no one else is going through the rotary, so they figure that since it's free they can go through it. As a pedestrian I've nearly been run over several times in such a situation. Aside from the fact that they're blowing through stop signs in the first place, they don't bother looking for the solid red light. Or pedestrians for that matter.
