If I recall correctly, Trader Joe's didn't want the One Davis Square location due to lack of parking. So maybe once CVS opens and eventually puts Brooks/Rite-Aid out of business, Trader Joe's can open in that location.

Any ideas on when Shino will open? I don't go down Highland much, but last time I was there they were doing a lot of work inside the building. Also, did anything get solved about the old sign there? I heard some people wanted it to go to the Somerville Museum.
