A Room Of One's Own- master suite for rent.

My partner and I are looking for someone to rent an extra bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor of our condo in North Cambridge, 10 minutes from Davis Square. The room comes with basement storage, and we share a yard and laundry facilities with the downstairs neighbors. The rent is $650 per month, $750 with a parking space, and utilities run about $80/month. Utilities include heat, electricity, cable, and wireless internet. There is a cable hook-up in the room. I'm attaching a floor plan of the third floor, a picture of the room, and pictures of the kitchen and breakfast nook. The common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area, porch) are on the second floor, along with our bedroom and office.
