Did Tufts have a semiformal last night?

Last night all the students across the street were clambering four to a car, in dresses and suits. Then in the square I kept seeing similarly dressed people bumping into each other and exchanging preppy greetings. It was like 7-8 PM, still light out, and way too early to go clubbing.

It's too early for the Senior Gala (that's in May), is there something else going on? Maybe a Greek event, or something happening at a different school?

Diplomat's Ball

Fletcher school Diplomat's Ball (I don't attend Tufts, I'm just the plus one), and a splended time was had by all, if memory serves. If you'd been out at 2 in the morning, you would have seen 15 or 20 of us pile out of a party bus and exchange significantly less preppy greetings.
