We live about a half-hour walk from Davis and the apartment upstairs needs some tenants September 1st.

- 4 bedroom for $2000
- (or the landlord said they might do 3 people for $1800)
- (OR there's one tenant who wants to stay if she can find roommates)
- on the 2nd and 3rd floor of 2-family house
- big bedrooms, hardwood floors, lots of closet space
- eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, living room, dining room, washer/dryer in basement
- driveway fits 2 cars
- yard and back ground-floor patio area 
- Winter Hill area (behind City Hall)
