Can someone tell me who caters least to families, children, and "no turn between 7-9 a.m." signs in the upcoming election?

You also can't turn onto Cogswell Ave from Mass Ave during rush hour, but it's kind of pointless at the moment, since the Walden St bridge is closed, which I assume is where all the rush hour drivers were headed.
