After watching yet another drug deal go down in front of my house out here in what ron_newman considers the boondocks, I would jump at this. Except that it's 1200 more a month than we're paying for an equally sized 3-br right now. : ( Of course, we're not in Davis and it takes 20 minutes to walk to the T station.

Looks beautiful though.
