Really good seamstress in the area?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a seamstress to make the dress I have in my head for me.  Has anyone had good experience with any locals in making a garment start to finish, from a description and/or pictures from you?

I tagged this "tailor".

Tailors and seamstresses have been a very popular topic of discussion in the past, but I'm not sure anyone has asked this specific question before. Most of the old posts are about alterations or repairs.

I added the "wedding" tag since that subject came up, though I don't know if the OP had that in mind. Here are two really old posts on the subject:

My italian father was a tailor... he would NEVER make a wedding dress....

my mother is/was a seamstress; she would help my dad, and could probably make a wedding dress in her day, but she could not construct a good inseam on a pair of mens pants.

Not sure if it's too late for anyone who needs it, but I'm using SEAMS in wenham, and the results (I'm about to have my final fitting) have been AMAZING. I'd totally recommend her to anyone.
